The name of this cozy holiday home is a tribute to the Cinciallegra, a cute yellow-breasted sparrow and the black and white cape found in the Capo Rama nature reserve, a particularly comfortable habitat.
Our house is about 50 mq, with a private and beautiful garden of about 100 mq. The outdoor area is exceptional and guests will definitely enjoy the external seating space, originally decorated. Inside the house has a master bedroom with a queen size and very comfortable bedroom and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher too. The dining area is big enough to guest up to 6 people. An additional french-size sofabed can be found in the living area. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom, and mosquito nets are affixed to every window. Our house is fresh thanks to the morning breeze typical of the area even during the summer time. It will represent the perfect choice for visitors looking for a relaxing and "into the sicilian wild" break.
Still off the main guide-books on Sicily, Terrasini is a gem yet to be discovered from the mass tourism. Terrasini shores and beaches are perfect for sports such as sailing, surf and windsurf, kite and diving. In the surrounding areas, guests looking to discover the nature, can enjoy a natural reserve and and hills, perfect for trekking and biking. On the other hand, guest looking to jump into the sicilian history, shall visit the Municipal Museum and its historical remains. The closest beach is only 10 minutes walking from the house and within half an hour walking it's possible to reach many other spots (with rocks and sands beaches) to swim and enjoying seaside views. Terrasini vivid town centre is full of bars, restaurants and shops and it is just 2 km far away from the house; bars and supermarkets can be reached on foot within 20 minutes.
Thanks to its location, Cinciallegra nest is a perfect place to visit the city of Palermo without giving up the chance to stay and enjoy the green and quiet atmosphere typical of a seaside place. Its location is also great to reach other beautiful gems, such as Scopello (30 minutes), Trapani and Erice (50 min), Segesta (40 min), to discover the astonishing western part of Sicily. It is about 15 km from the Airport of Palermo.
